At the end of the day, people will advise you and be on their way. You are left with executing.

Do not take advise from people then execute.

Remember that no one understands your circumstances more than you do.

Take extra time to analyse the consequences of their advise and whether or not it works for you.

You ultimately need to own your decisions.

That way you own the results, taking full responsibility for your success or lessons learnt.

There are no failures, only lessons.
