I love magic. Infact, my favourite movie genres depict magic. Relaxing to me means supending our disbelief. Allowing the logical brain rest and basking in the euphoria of the creative brain, excited about the endless possibilities of adventure🧛.
Notwithstanding, the movie always ends and the intellectual brain is required for life and work decisions🗂.
A lot of us are still in planning season📆📊. Strategies have been developed, plans have been made, responsibilities have been shared.
After all is said and done, what next? What needs to be done?
The reality is that, there is no magic in realising our goals.
What does your organisation need to do?
What does your management need to do?
What does your team need to do?
What does your family need to do?
What do you need to do?
What decisions do you need to make and what actions do you need to take?
The magic is in the work that needs to be done. The things not yet done…the things you may be avoiding.
The magic is in the execution; the action.
Are you ready to do the work? Yes, no,♀️ you decide when you want to experience the magic.
What work do you need to do, to release the magic?
Your thoughts?
