It’s official…if it pleases you, you may call me 🔶️Dr Ikwuemesi🔶️

The assessment board has sat and approved my award of Doctor in Business Administration.

The timing compliments and culminates exactly 20 years in a management consulting career. Geez, when did the time go?

I have learnt to not make little of God’s mercies. I am truly grateful for the opportunity and privilege to experience my lot in life. I alone know the challenges that came with this and I do not take it forgranted. The miracle that I am alive today is a testament of grace only. The battles are real. We may not all look like warriors but rest assured, we are fighting.

Thank you God almighty.
Daddy, this is for you.
Mikky, forever indebted.
The Zs, always and forever.
Supporting angels in human form, thank you again and again.
And the well-wishers, I am wishing you all the very best in your own endeavours.

⏫️My Research Topic:
A Strategic Framework for Enhancing Remote Work Engagement in Post-Pandemic Nigeria: Key Factors, Strategies and Recommendations.”

Next Steps: 🔻⏬️

1️⃣Through a seminar/conference, I will share my findings with key stakholders in the workplace ecosystem.i.e. employers, managers, HR professionals, policymakers. The findings will help better manage hybrid and remote teams. Watch out for event details.

2️⃣ I am still consulting and open to collaborating on further research in the area of remote work and employee/work engagement. This covers hybrid work context as well. Feel free to contact me to share insights on how I can help you and your organisation enhance productivity and performance in remote teams.

For everyone who has plans and dreams. My unsolicited advise follows😀;

✅️Focus.
✅️Get rid of the distractions. There are just too many. Examples include social media, unfulfilling work, and emotionally draining relationships.
✅️Never give up, realign and recalibrate if you need to but stay on course.
✅️Drop it…if it robs you of your peace of mind, it is too expensive, drop it, fast!

To the future, and all the goodness hoped for. May God’s perfect will be done.
