I have a deep desire to contribute to the world positively.

I am a prolific speaker, writer and trusted advisor in the field of Human Resources Management. I am the founder of Kendor Consulting Ltd, a human resources management consulting firm specialising in learning and organisational development solutions.
I am the author of the award winning self-help book, Change Your Career: 10 Practical Steps to a Successful Career Change.
I am excited by initiatives that ultimately develop people and organisations.
I am a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and, career and executive coach, developing HR professionals and business leaders to deliver on their strategic plans.
I am a lifelong learner with a Doctorate in Business Administration, my research focus is on employee engagement in remote work. I have a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Cranfield University, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Reading, and a Diploma in Psychology from Middlesex University.
I see work as an expression of one’s purpose in life and I am grateful for the opportunity to live on purpose. Some of my noteworthy achievements are:
🔸️Recognised and awarded by international and local HR bodies (SHRM and CIPM) for contributing to the development of the HR community and HR profession.
🔸️My book, Change Your Career was awarded best new career change eBook by Book Authority.
🔸️Led the delivery of several HR transformation, organisation development and change management projects including a World Bank state government project and a staff audit of 6 government agencies, resulting in significant cost reduction.
🔸️Being the founder and host of the annual HR Bootcamp Conference, a platform I established to explore new paradigms for reinventing people management practices.
🔸️Engaged as a trusted advisor to several leadership teams and boards. Bringing fresh perspective and insights that accelerate and support the delivery of strategic objectives.
🔸️Designed, developed and delivered numerous leadership development and employee training and development programmes.
🔸️Provided the Nigerian Labour Act app, equipping HR professionsal, employers, employees with employment law competence.
🔸️Founded HR Nigeria, an online community dedicated to transforming workplaces through better equipped HR Professionals and HR practices.
I continue to advocate for better people management practices and lend my voice to initiatives that focus on developing people and organisations to realise their full potential.

Projects. Initiatives. Plans. Pursuits
The following are a number of projects and initiatives I plan to work on during the course of the year.
- Kendor Academy: A specialised e-learning platform dedicated to equipping HR professionals with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to start, grow, and monetise their expertise. Through expert-led training, practical tools, and valuable insights, Kendor Academy supports HR practitioners in navigating the evolving workplace and driving organisational success.
- Kendor Foundation: A not-for- profit organisation I founded in 2014 its focus is on learning and developing initiatives that solve macroeconomic issues like unemployment and underemployment. I am hoping to link its focus to SDG development goals. I am hoping to improve its structure so that it can live to fulfilling its mission.
- Kendor Consulting: An HR consulting firm I founded in 2009. This year my focus for it will be on setting its 10 year direction, stabilising its management and digital transformation. I will also be spending my time working with businesses that focus on digital and technology based solutions. I shall be working closely with a select few of technology firms on an advisory level. I will formally join the boards of a few of such firms. I will also be very open to partnership opportunities and sealing a number of them this year. The partnerships will focus on business development and growth.
- St. Michael’s Trust Foundation: This is a not-for- profit I founded in 2019. Its goals and focus are on supporting women living with uterine fibroids, by providing them with superior data and insights to help them choose and manage the best options for their treatment.
- Research: My Doctorate research on strategic framework for enhancing remote work engagement will be showcased on a global stage. I look forward to sharing these insights.
- Last and in no way least but just because I have to save the best for last. I plan to enjoy this all with the love and support of my family. I will be exploring better and more ways of improving our lives and relationships.
