Sometimes I laugh at myself, especially when I review my social media timeline. An alien from mars spying down on planet earth wouldn’t have to guess what I did for a living. In 5 minutes they would have gathered substantial evidence to indict me.
Truth is, I realise I can’t help myself. I am a passionate person when it comes to the field of HR. I wish I could say I did it for the money but I don’t. In fact if I did I would be much wealthier than I am today.
The minute I hear people mention the word passion at interviews, my attention is grabbed. I am excited to know what they are living for? It often ends in disappointment, when after several probes there’s no evidence anywhere of the passion.

My dear, passion is not by saying it, passion is by doing it and sacrificing for it.
Passion is about killing yourself but if we have people constantly saying ‘I can’t kill myself’, then please who are the passionate ones?
Everyone wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.
Passion is what you live for and what you die for.
Passion is Christ.
Be like Christ this Easter. Start living with passion.
