Stress is caused by being here but wanting to be there.

The constant pangs of thinking of the future and all that you could be but haven’t yet become.

Visions are great and plans are good but sometimes it pays to just bask in the moment. Enjoy the power of now. Relish in the present and just be.

Everything used to be now, now, now, but not anymore. Moving too fast just leads to burnt out. The goal post keeps changing, the bar is always being raised and there’s a never-ending quest to be more and do more, at what cost and to what end?

It’s slow and steady for the long haul.

Peace of mind is non-negotiable. Pace yourself. Seize the moment. Unwrap the gift of the present.
