This week was amazing, with my firm Kendor Consulting partnering with Sterling Bank Plc to launch and deliver their HR Academy, a 3 month programme designed to develop their next generation of HR leaders.
We also just kicked off our HR Bootcamp Accelerator programme, the last for the year before our annual HR Bootcamp Conference in December.
This comes as we prepare to conclude a World Bank/State Government project that has kept us on our toes for the last 3 months.
This year has been really busy and for that I am grateful to God.
Yesterday was day 4 with Sterling Bank’s team and we all had to admit that they were already transformed. I learned a lot myself as the Lead faculty.
There are certain assumptions made about the adult learner and a key principle is that they already possess valuable knowledge and experience and their learning is self directed and focussed on solving problems.
I love blank sheets. An empty notepad. A blank screen. I find it exciting. I look forward to the end, not the beginning. It’s not how you start, it’s about how you finish and most importantly what is done between the start and the finish. What a privilege to watch blank sheets fill up, write a new story.
The last quarter of 2022 begins today.
So much can still happen in 3 months.
Where there is life, there is hope. There is still hope for many of us to experience the transformation and elevation we seek this year.
Here’s to all of us, this last quarter.
Stay foccused, stay deliberate.
Wishing you all the grace and grit you need to stay on track. Reman blessed.
