On Trust

Give me someone I can trust anyday over someone who is diligent and even intelligent.

My biggest hiring mistakes have been around hiring people with no trust equity.

Trust is the greatest currency of relationships.

Trust is the foundation of all great teams and relationships.

The strength of your relationships will make or mar you.

I rather hire someone I can trust
I rather do business with people I trust
I rather buy from people I trust

Yet so many see relationships as transactions.
Focusing on maximising today and not tomorrow. Focusing on the short term and not the long term.

Sometimes I marvel of the dividends of good relationships. Sometimes I wonder why many don’t see the benefits that abound.
.
Are you trustworthy or still thinking of how to outsmart others?

Choose your outcome. You can start today.
Be someone people trust.
