ON RESIGNATION ETIQUETT

Never end an agreement that was made face to face via email. It never looks good.

Honour agreements and contract terms. Any changes to terms should be agreed via a discussion.

Feedback is a valuable tool to improve challenges in relationships, use it to express your concerns via dialogue.

If undecided, consider dialoguing prior to making exit decisions. Dialogue is evidence that you care about a relationship and want to make it work.

Not dialoguing communicates you have decided the relationship is not worth preserving and have concluded to exit. Dialogue helps see a different perspective and gain better understanding. Dialogue can change your decision.

Always part appropriately and on good terms, the world is a very small connected place.
