but should not be more than 26 years?
Going by the JD, this is no entry level role.
I can even accept there are 26 year olds with such level of experience, but why put the age limit? It is discriminatory, excluding a whole lot of talented individuals.
Who are these people crafting and reasoning these adverts?
HR Professionals, we need to stop this.
It is obvious that some of the drivers for younger age limits must be cheap labour as I can’t honestly fathom why else a job advert would list all these requests and still cap an age limit of 26?
Deliver us from this menace!
